If I wanted to send frozen, breaded, morel mushrooms to a friend out of state, what would be the best way to go about doing this?

You would need to pack it securely in a cooler with some dry ice. You would also have to overnight the package just to insure that it doesn't have time to thaw in transit.
Phone your post office just to be sure. Their guidelines are very strict when it comes to perishable items. They'll tell you exactly how to do it.

I don't know. Basically sounds pretty funny. Reminds me of this one time a delivery guy who was from Latin America went to deliver something to Bill Murray's place. Murray gave him a loaf of bread for a tip.
