I just came from grocery store.........I brought some shaved beef......so were are having. Steak and cheese with onions. Oreida fries were on sale, (3 pkgs for $6.00) thus......fries, and to be healthy a salad. Oh, and lemonade to drink....or VitaWater.

Curried Sausages, Onions, Mashed Potatoes and Cauliflower.
Whilst the spuds are heating and the sausages are cooking, heat so oil in a fry pan and cook some onions.
Steam Cauli over spuds.
When the onions are softened sprinkle a table spoon of white flour and a teaspoon of curry powder and stir to combine.
Gradually add milk until you have a sauce.
Serve and cover the sausages spuds and cauli with the hot curry sauce.

Mexican Chicken
3 cups of cooked chicken
1 16 oz containter of sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of diced rotel tomoatos (i sometimes use a half of another can)
Shredded Cheese
1 Bag of Doritos (crushed)
Pre Heat Oven to 350. Mix all ingreidents together. Spray pan or glass dish. Add mixture in pan and top with more cheese. Cook for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
This is really yummy and very east to make. A family favorite around my house.

Inside-Out Ravioli Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 pound lean ground beef
* 1/2 cup onion, chopped
* 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach
* 1 jar (16 ounces) spaghetti sauce
* 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
* 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
* 1/8 teaspoon each salt, freshly ground black pepper
* 1 package (8 ounces) large shell macaroni, cooked and drained
* 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
* 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
* 2 eggs, well-beaten
* 1/4 cup salad oil (see notes)
PREPARATION:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9-by-13-inch casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onions; drain.
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and reserve the liquid.
Meat mixture: Add enough water to the reserved liquid to make 1 cup. Add this to the ground beef, along with the spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 10 minutes.
Pasta mixture: In a large bowl, combine spinach with macaroni, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and oil. Mix well.
Spread pasta mixture into prepared casserole. Pour meat mixture over top. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into serving pieces.
Yield: 8 servings

THIS IS MY RECIPE OF VEGETABLE STIR FRY
ingredients - some vegetables like onion tomato capsicum , asparagus , some greens spinach bean sprout etc. (any vegetable u like).
method-put some butter in a pan and let it melt. then add the vegetables with some garlic or ginger.then add flavourings like salt , pepper, vinegar, soya sauce , fish sauce , stir fry sauce any thing.and voila ur simple vegetable stir fry is ready
serve it hot with some steaming rice or on top of noodles or with a crunchy peice of bread

I fix macaroni and cheese. Don't boil the noodles too long. Sprinkle parmesean cheese over it. Microwave some hotdogs. Cut them up and mix them with the macaroni. Fukc, I'm really hungry now.

well for a family cook mac & cheese with chicken and peas or brocilli all mixed together
for a couple cook breaded chicken mashed patoes and some sort of veggie
