Ok, with the information you have given, the only one thing we can be sure of is that the baby is most likely the mother's since they have the same blood type. Seriously, My husband is A+ and I am B- and our 5 children (yes, they ALL belong to both of us) have every blood type you can imagine, including our son who is O-. The only way to tell paternity is by taking a paternity test.

Since the baby has O blood, there is no way to tell from this information. If the mom and your brother were both A and the baby was B then that would be a different story. If your brother is really worried about it then he should insist on a DNA test that is really the only way to know.

I have heard that O type blood is more common but I would stay out of it even tho he is your brother and you care about him. I think they only for sure way to know is a paternity test.

Here is a link to a website which will answer this for you.

But, I have to say, I don't think it's fair for you to get involved. Even if this is not your brother's baby, and they choose to be together and raise it as their own, you should not be raising this issue.

Please be discreet.
