Everytime I log into a program called Citrix, that goes fine, but then I try to run the training program on there and when I do I get the message "destination server unavailable now. try again later." I don't have this problem on any other websites or anything.

Hopefully someone out there can help me please!!! Thank you.

I have tried over and over again, for about 2 wks. now. Everytime I try to get help from my company I am on hold for over an hour, so that is why I posted this question.

Hummmmm,,,, how about try again later?
The problem is most likely not comming from your machine.
They have probably just maxed out their band width.
Either that or they have been hit by a distributed denial of service which is very possible.
Call them by phone and report the problem.

I know is bites, especially when you are paying for server time. But unavailable means just that. Its unavailable to everyone because of either routine maitenance or its down from some kind of trouble. Some have backup systems in place for when these things happen but not all. Sorry but you will have to wait till they get done.

Call your IT department and complain, perhaps.

Citrix is a remote terminal server program, that basically means you're running programs on IT instead of on your PC, sort of. If you log into Citrix and can't run the program, that program isn't working on THEIR end, thus, again, call your IT dept and complain.
