No he wasn't possesed but you might be. Taking things out of proportion, seeing the worst in ppl, creating idle goss and saying things that get tongues wagging is a sign of the devil itself.
Cho was simply ill. We have to understand this. I'm not saying he was right or ok to do this because he is ill nor do I sympathise with what he has done and why. We must learn from this and look at ways this can be prevented in the future. He has been let down by his community I reckon and the way people behave and their attitude towards cirtain sterotypes most probably had a large part of this to push his illness further whatever the main reason to trigger this was.
Rather than speculate someone is possesed, discuss ways in how this can be prevented. Look into why he was this way. We're in the 21st C. We got rid of paganism and old excorcism like ideas many many years ago.

Hi Nappy :)
I think he was, I also think he was chemically imbalanced. I believe that the physical condition and sickness is a precursor to a spiritual deprivation.
The Bible says that "the devil prowls the earth like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour". Now its just my opinion, but I think the devil was eating on Cho for several years until there wasn't any thing left, and Cho being blinded by this spiritual darkness took many lives and finally his own.
Tragic loss all the way around.

Cho was posessed by himself. People want to point fingers and blame someone. I can say his parents helped if they were neglectful, or abusive, I could blame the school for not taking better action when they knew of his disturbing behavior, I can blame, TV, music, video games, etc, but in the end, it was HIS decision, and HIS actions that led to this tragedy.

I think so. Who would act so calm when taking pictures of himself and mailing hate mail 2 hours before shooting more than 25 people, including himelf, without getting noticed by so many people for being violent, crazy, absent-minded, retarded or mentally imbalanced? Only Devil can do that with a person. He was all of the above as a result of being possesed by Devil.

Not possessed, just strongly influenced & coerced (willingly, it appears). We can elect to be pro-active or reactive to the stimuli about us. No one can slip through the school years and bypass some bullying. And, it continues in the workplace (the adult playground).
Cho wanted his 15 minutes of fame, felt that he was the center of the universe, and wanted everyone to know. His selfishness and self-pride convinced him of his right to destroy others, and make them feel his "pain". He justified his actions through any form of bs he could muster.
That doesn't make what he did as acceptable. He's gone, he left a trail of tears, he's paying for his misdeeds now in the next life.
It was HIS choice.

You know, I dont think so. I initially thought that he was mentally ill, but after the whole NBC incident. I just think he was desperate for attention. He wanted revenge, I think he was a sane loner, who wanted to be like everyone else.
Being possessed by the devil is an interesting theory but I just think this boy was pure evil it self, we shouldn't blame the devil for this incident haha!!

We don't know for sure, but i don't think so. I think Cho let his hatred, anger, evil and jealousy , take control of his mind and all that was good. He was a jealous coward with no willpower(self discipline) or love.
God will deal with Cho.

I doubt it as diabolical possession is actually very rare although demonic oppression is a lot more common and many suffer from this, the problem is that no-one believes it anymore and call it a mental problem.
Demonic oppression causes anguish, depression, despair and other negative emotions.
