Do u think kids exposed to screen smoking are more likely to pick up the habit? Why or why not?

Yes and no

Yes if the parents do not rightfully guide their child.

No if the parents will guide their child rightfully

NO. If your idea had any validity then kids would be banging their friends over the head with frying pans, jumping off of cliffs while chasing a roadrunner, or putting their fingers in the ends of guns to watch it blow up in the other persons face just like what they watching on cartoons.
Kids will have questions but it is up to parents to monitor watch they are watching, especially very young kids, and to explain the kids natural curiousity.
Smoking is no different in fact i would bet it better for the kids to see it first and ask question rather than just have them go and try it.

It's a parent's responsibility to explain the dangers of smoking to their kids. It's not Hollywood's job.

yeah. kids are dumb. but so's not allowing smoking to be shown o tv and films, unless they have cancer or are punnished in some way, that's ridiculous.
