I need help what is the best site (that is free) to figure out if they have warrents

better yet walk up to the first police cruiser you see and ask them.

Some areas have it posted online. You did not say a warrent from where so I can't refer you to a site. example for San Diego http://www.sdsheriff.net/waar/waar.aspx
example for polk county http://www.polksheriff.org/wanted/warrants.html

The local Sheriff's office or the County Clerk of the Court keeps all the record and most have on line access to the info or the person to contact.

Sometimes they send letters or just feel like surprising you at your home.
