My last cigarette was on July 21, 2006, (only remember the date because it's my niece's birthday). I am using the RX Nicotrol Inhaler. But I've found that I only use one nicotine cartridge about every 4-5 days. I have friends who smoke, but not in my home anymore. When someone comes up, I just want to get one good smell of the cigarette--not a hit on it--and that satisfies me. Mostly the cartridge gives me something to do with my hands. HANG IN THERE!!!!! I smoked 3 packs a day for over 30 years. No, I AM NOT LYING!!
BE PROUD OF YOURSELF BECAUSE THIS IS A HARD ADDICTION TO HANDLE!!!!!
