I know Bank of America but are there any other ones? I don't want to pay any high fees.

They only give illegal aliens a $ 200.00 limit on the BOA credit cards,so I was told. And if you don't pay they take it out of your bank account. I don't think $200. is worth even having a credit card...But have fun

I dont think any... cause its a good chance u will leave country and we americans end having to pay higher interest on our cards.... where ever u are from .. get one from that country.. cause VISA/MC are used through the world...
