I don't want to dis-respect you as a person but why in the world do you want to be a trendy false faith as wiccan?
This will do you no good it's like being a Kool-Aid drinker..

You have a good mind for sharing yourself and beliefs here but it is mis-directed and I say this to you not to be condesending just to tell you this belief has no merit in life..
Peace.

You may wish to say a blessing over the oil before you use it If you are not sure.It also is a good idea to get your oil from places that you feel good about and mix your own .Get a base oil and add in the essential oils that you need ,depending on your purpose. Not sure if that helps or not

If I recall correctly (because I studied Wicca back in the day) - no. They don't require cleansing (unless you're getting nasty vibes off of them, in which case I'd switch suppliers). You can use them straight out of the package.

What does *your* tradition say to do? What are the oils for?
I hardly ever use "oils," save one, and that rarely, and only for the psychodrama.

I'm not being smarmy, but what on earth did you get them for if you don't know what to do with them?
