I always wear sunglasses, year round during the day, each time I am outdoors. It helps to prevent squinting and the wrinkles that result for that, also, it shades your eyes so that you don't get that blind spot from too much light dilating the pupils.

Sunglasses are recommended to help block harmful rays,
less squinting to block bright light from eyes resulting in less wrinkles around eyes.
Also use sunblock on any exposed skin.
Less wrinkles: sunblock, moisturizer, plenty of water, enough sleep/rest, avoid smoking, go easy on caffeinated and alcohol products.

Sunglasses not only help to prevent wrinkling around the eyes they also help prevent sun damage to your eyes as you age.
Being exposed to sun does cause intensified deteriation of your skin. Always use block with a high SPF, protect your eyes and your ears. Ears are notorious spots for skin cancer related to sun exposure.
