Imagine living on this earth just with what is here, just natural and organic. Would we be able to survive?

Yes we could survive. Humans have the ability to stop producing man made things and civilization would eventually return to the state it was in millions of years ago during the hunter-gather era. How this process would happen could be any ones guess. The only thing that would have to be made by man would be the tools to use for hunting, the rest could be gathered.( fruits, berries, insects and other edible things.)

Yes, the stronger could survive. I bet the pansy a$$es that are so dependent on their cell phones, blackberries, and computers probably couldn't though.

I do realize I am one of those pansy a$$es also.

Depends on what you consider 'man made'. Can we live without teflon, pharmaceuticals, etc? Yes. Can we live without fire, stone knives, and bearskins? Probably not.

Probably not, we became dependent of so many technologies, mainly medicine. We would die too quickly.
