Ephesians 6:4

"Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord."

But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven." I don't really think that's what you're looking for, but it is the first verse that came to my mind.
