im with u!
I dont know where u would find a place today.
but i do know that back in ancient days in China. Confucianism was the only thing that people needed to lead prosperous and happy lives. That's why they were the most powerful nation in most of world's history. Then around the 1200s....China was invaded by people who were Bhuddist. And after that....Christians came...cuz of Europeans...yep religon was used to divide up the Chinese. The Chinese has shown us that a world without religon can be a prosperous one but no one here has enough balls to learn about it. they just say...chinese? COmmunists!

I guess you and those who kills each other in the name of RELIGION either confuse or not really know what is RELIGION and its function in human society.
There is only ONE God and ONE religion of God for all mankind and the purpose of religion of God is to guide mankind towards the best standard and the best quality of live.
The world would be the best place for all of us should we all realised that there is only one God and one religion of God to be practice in many ways as teach by the prophet of God.
The teaching of all prophet is the same ie be a good member of society.

It's called prayer.
Matthew 6:9-13
9 "This, then, is how you should pray:
" 'Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
10 your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.

you have the answer 'heaven'. there is no afterlife (ridiculous)... heaven and hell are on earth. pray, meditate, and distance yourself from the world and experience heaven before you die.
read some of this enlighten, awesome guy

get these books (read chopra 1st):

These are simple, easy, accessible and mandatory... if you dive into a RELIGIOUS community you will get confused, sidetrack and will get stuck on all the religous distraction which is complicated and usually leads you away from what you came for.
You will be very grateful if you take my suggestion and the books are cheap on amazon $5-$6 used!

i don't think there is somewhere without religion unless you barricade yourself somewhere. you must believe in something even if that is that there is no god or Buddha or whatever else people believe. you could believe that homework and work on the whole is rubbish, it doesn't have to be about following a bible.
