Well, as far as I know, spainish is not a language.
In case you mean SPANISH, I don't know how many people but I can tell you that Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Cuba, Dominican Republic speak Spanish. Besides, in the USA many other people speak Spanish as well
