You can't yet. One day it will just click, you'll have enough knowledge and experience and you'll start to realize and see things you never did. But that can't be rushed. It's like you asking how to build a house, the answer's not as easy as buy some lumber and start nailing.

you can only learn to see through things by experience and willingness to learn. analize your own feelings and insights. practice. some things you already see though. others might fool you completely.. I see through people who want to manipulate me by keeping on it... but I am a sucker for anyone who is really nice to me... you see, ... seeing through things depends on your own blind spots and your willingness to find and change them.. :)
Also anything specific you want to learn, there is a book about it. anything at all will be in a how-to book. Helped me a lot to see things I never knew existed. :)
