I need 2 lose a dress size like immidietly n cant stand having wobbly untoned legs! whats the quickest exercise to get rid of the flabby bit on the inside of your thigh, or just ur general thigh!also the quickest way to get a flat stomach!

running is hard on your body, and sit-ups are not very effective. whomever said Bulemia is a very sick person, thats a serious disease and even mentioning that with a smile is a twisted sense of humor. not funny at all. anyways - cut out all your major carbs for a week or so (dont tell me its bad for you - i am allergic to wheat and haven't eaten it in years and am very very healthy), and cut out your sodium - both tend to make fat cells larger and stick around longer. stick to fresh fruits and veggies w/ a good dose of protein and and a little bit of cheese for some fat (you need some fats to keep your brain functioning right). do low-impact cardio - enough so you feel a good push, but dont overexert yourself....too much of anything is never a good idea, even water!! MOST IMPORTANT - for tone you can not get it without strength training. do medium-weight, multiple repetitions for each area of the body - maybe going over the ones your worried about twice (bicycle crunches have been shown most effective for stomach toning). god luck, but i have to say, if your a size 2, i wouldnt worry about it too much ;) your probably being more critical on youself than anyone will ever be.

Despite what any Atkins fanatic might want you to believe, a vegetarian diet is the safest and quickest way to lose weight.

Think about it. How many OBESE vegetarians do you know? Then look at the diets of most americans. Pizza, steak, hamburgers, cheese, fat, fat, fat, and more fat! It's a simple equation really: Animal Fat = Human Fat. You are what you eat!

Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, and Whole Grains are fiberous, thus speeding up the process of elimination (otherwise known as "taking a dump"). I have been a vegetarian for 2 years now, and lost 40 pounds in the first 3 months.

By eliminating meat from your diet, you will have FAR more energy and stamina -- things necessary for burning fat. Don't believe the idea that all carbs are bad. Some are good (carbs like vegetables fruits and whole grains).

Drink plenty of water with lime or lemon.
You will see the weight in problem areas quickly deminish

Even if you exercise but don't do this you are screwed. Though not all carbs are bad, carbs are still needed. If you are serious consult a profesional. Remember there is no magic bullet; there is no safe way to lose wight that doesn't demand dedication and responsibility.

Well I have put on more weight than I like to have..lol
I got diagnosed with an illness and have sat around eating a little bit too much.I put on just under a stone aarrghhh!..but I also realised I was eating very late at night and the wrong things too...So 2 weeks ago I stopped eating after 6pm and trying to make sure I eat a breakfast and a meal maybe a snack in between lol.. and I have lost 9lbs..I also have 2 kids to pick up after aswell so theres my exercise to...its not an easy habbit to break so there you will need just pure will power Im afraid...mail me and I will shout at you if you get peckish after 6pm or if you like later nights you might want to make your deadline later..but be sensible and dont starve..also now the weather is getting a little better you shouldthink about some stress free exercise ie walking swimming....

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

"Atkins" Aka: Low Carb. Diet

This diet works wonders in as little as 2 weeks. All you do is eat Meat, Eggs, 2 cups of salad, veggies (that are low calorie), Cheese, and drink Water and if you have to have Diet Soda choose Diet Coke with Splenda, seriously the diet coke with splenda tastes just like regular coke...very weird ;) Read up on it and you will read that its a wonderful way to kick start a "New Dress" Stay in the allotted 20 carbs per day range and you will be flying to a newer body.

Now I will advise you that people are going to talk down about the whole "Low Carb" diet. They need to also understand that its called a "diet". People all their life will be on some kind of "diet". Just keep in mind that once you have reached your gole that's not a free ticket to Large Fry's everyday at lunch and a **** load of fried foods for dinner. Just continue to eat healthy Veggies every day and Water, Baked foods not fried foods etc...

Below you will find a web site that has all the foods allowed on the no carb diet. Its a wonderful site it also lists all the alcohol drinks you could ever imagine including Beer...which I love until I read that "Bud Light" has about 6 or so carbs per bottle :(

But as you will see its a great "Diet" to be on to "Lose weight FAST"

Hi!. The fastest way to lose a dress size is a high protein low carb diet. Protein and carbs brake down differently in the body. Carbs are more easy to convert to sugar than protien. Of course this is just the basics of food conversion,but if you need proof just pic up a bodybuilding mag and see for your self. Bodybuilders have been using this sort of diet long before Atkinson came on the scene. Just dont stay on it for to long and drink plenty of water.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

The quickest way to lose the dress size is to have a friend sew on a different dress size so you emotionally feel better about that.

There is no quick and easy way to diet or fitness. Sorry, believe me I wish there was.
