Would God stop their attack? How? Would he modify their free will? If so, why doesn't he stop other types of attacks like rape in the same way?

Then God would never have given us that revelation. Remember, He can see all of history past and future at a glance. There IS no surprising him.

Improbability #1:
While I have no doubt that life has evolved in other areas of the universe, I am not sure that any life exists right now in the universe apart from us. What are the odds that in a mere 20 billion years, a species has evolved to the point where it is actually beyond a tier 3 civilization and can harvest the energy of a solar system? That's what they'd have to be able to do in order to reach us with plans of war.
What, again, are the odds that our very tiny little planet appeals to these aliens, who presumably would have to be carbon based, miraculously, in order to want anything to do with this planet.
Why not choose a more native and plausible example? Like, say--World War III, Nuclear War end-game scenario. There's free will involved there too.
Finally, if there were such a thing as a God, he would've already done away with us. If we were an experiment, we're surely a failed one. We developed agriculture 9000 years ago, and we're still base animals running around with clubs, raping, killing and pillaging. We're animals.

That would never happen because then God wouldnt be God. Be4 we were even born God had His plan ready to go. He wrote the Book of Revelation as well as all the other books in the Bible through chosen people and prophets. Sayin this, God revealed to the world and gave His word that as it is written in scripture so it shall be in due time.Nowhere in His word does it speak of aliens coming b4 the rapture. He cannot stop attacks like rape,etc because He gave us free will.We have the power to decide whether we do right or wrong. We are responsible for our own actions so there is no excuse when God sits on His thrown on judgment day to sentence ALL souls to eternity in Heaven or hell.It is our best interest to accept Jesus Christ in your heart in appreciation for the price He paid for us that day on the cross.

Why do you have to wait for aliens to use their Free Will? You can do it yourself because of that Free Will and it is also the Free Will of the human law to stop you from doing so. And for rape, only you and your urge can stop it. You are also Free to do that provided that the woman you rape has the right to fight back and kill you or put you in the right place for justice. God does not need to intervene, He already put down His laws and handed most of it for humans to execute and it is up for you to look into your conscience and ability to run away from the responsibility or accept your guilt. You see, He even gives you the Free Will to insult Him and put the blame on Him for things that humans do. Aint' He a great giver of Free Will?

Nope, God would not stop a hypothetical attack of aliens, based on what I understand. Everyone who died would have to face judgement then. That sucks for those who have decided God isn't real, because they will miss all the opportunities to change their hearts and minds.

Why doesn't God stop all bad things from happening? This isn't heaven yet. The idea that if this isn't paradise, there is no God, is just an excuse to act like God doesn't exist.
