It is on the 2nd Sun. of June and the festival is the day before on Sat. I am PR myself and was queen of a group called the Golden Charms we belonged with the Goya Float. We always had to march in the Puerto Rican parade. I loved it it but eventually I quit. Then, I started going to see them with friends it was lots of fun. Hope you have lots of fun I'm sure you will.
