Hi Marie. Good and evil are subjective labels not objective descriptions. Personally I think anchovies on a pizza are major evil, but some folks actually think that and horizontal striped polo shirts on a beer gut are appropriate. It's a matter of taste.

But in general, we agree something is good or evil because we as a community like or dislike it. I would assume the same would be true of a communty on a planet in the Eridani system. They would have taboos and virtues to discourage anti-social behavior and encourage bahavior that benefits the community.

If the life is intelligent, I think so. Good and evil are usually defined by intention. For example, when my cat ruthlessly kills a rat for fun, and leaves it there to rot, it wasn't an evil act, the cat has no conception of what is occurring. But if I kill the cat for fun, it'd be evil since I know what I'm doing and can understand the consequences.

I don't think there is life on other planets (at this time - if we make a new discovery then I'll change my belief). But if there were life on other planets I'm sure good and evil would exist there just like they do here.

"Good" and "evil" are relative concepts. Nothing is inherently anything, it's illogical, and yes, I believe some forms of life can exist on other planets, maybe or maybe not in this galaxy or universe, but perhaps in others.

if the planet has a predator/prey Eco system then it would have a good/evil autonomy. prey will always consider the predator a threat and therefore "evil".

They may not use the same words that we use to describe it, but if they are a civilized enough culture then yes.

Good = who's/what's on your side or benefits you
Evil = who's/what's against you or harms you

YES.YES.
Perilous times shall come
2Tm:3:1: This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2Tm:3:2: For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2Tm:3:3: Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
2Tm:3:4: Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2Tm:3:5: Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2Tm:3:6: For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
2Tm:3:7: Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
2Tm:3:8: Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
2Tm:3:9: But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.
2Tm:3:10: But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
2Tm:3:11: Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.
2Tm:3:12: Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
2Tm:3:13: But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
2Tm:3:14: But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
2Tm:3:15: And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

I believe MORALITY will exist there (assuming there is a "there"), whether their views of what is "good" and what is not will match up with ours is another thing. "Good" and "Evil" are relative.
