Yup.
And it stands to reason that those women, like myself, who take 3 tries to carry to term, will be arrested for getting pregnant- knowing it could lead to miscarriage, and miscarriage being "unintentional abortion."
If Abortion is murder, then miscarriage is unintentional manslaughter and pregnancy with a strong chance of miscarriage is negligent homicide.

Sadly, most people are only concerned with the idea of LEGALIZED abortion. It doesn't really have anything to do with whether or not a fetus loses its potential for life, its about whether or not it was done in a nice, clean doctor's office.
As long as women can't make an appointment to have a legal, medical abortion, people probably won't care. They could probably turn their backs on home abortions quite easily as they don't seem to draw the same amount of media attention.

GOOD QUESTION!!!
I'll tell you this much, women have been having abortions from time in memorial. Even the bible talks about giving a woman "bitter water" to drink to see if she has conceived a child by adultry.
Those of us with knowledge of herbs can administer them to women who need them to terminate a pregnancy and let's not forget ALL KINDS OF INFORMATION is available on the internet.
There is NO way they will be able to enforce a ban on abortion without seriously limiting other civil rights and monitoring women with the same oppressive control as the Taliban does.

Only a man would ask a question like that.
I suspect that men who support abortion are really saying "we don't want to accept the responsibility of children...we just wanna have sex!"
If I had my way about it, every man who ever raised his voice in support of abortion would be castrated. That would definitely cut down on the numbers of unwanted pregnancies...
Or maybe we could just sterilize them and use them as toys. Every woman could keep a couple of "pets" to play with, without worry of getting pregnant before she is ready.
After all, guys, it's "just a clump of cells"....
And I don't hear you worrying too much about the women who come out of abortion clinics never being able to conceive again.
Yes, indeed....turn about IS fair play.

If we subscribe to the notion that abortion really is murder, then yes, it would have to be investigated as a homocide, whether premeditated or negligent.
After that, we can charge male masturbaters with genocide.

Not unless it's reported. The hope is to reduce the amount of killings of half grown fetuses.
Imagine if the illegalized piercing ears. Would that stop ear piercing in the home? but how many people would do it on their own. I'm thinking less than 30%

Yes, and they'll have to investigate the unaborted babies 18 years later when they're robbing people in the streets.
