It comes from SATAN who is here on earth...
GOD created a PERFECT WORLD

He also gave FREE WILL and some opted to let Satan in there life and that is why we have such evil on earth...

That's quite simple... ignorance, self-cherishment (i.e. ego), psychological pathologies, etc.
