Did u build a rapid transit tunnel that collapsed yet your pay is farting high too? LOL!

Better check with the local codes.. Around here, expansion joint material of at least 1/2" is necessary when connecting to any public walk or roadway.

Other than that (which could save you the trouble of getting fined and/or having to do it all over.. I would suggest cones and tape.

obviously you have not talked to the State highway department district office. work inside the ROW is prohibited without 1. approval, 2. engineering plans, 3 inspection. i live in a rural area and the state did all the work to connect to the highway, including a nice cattle guard at no expense to me.
