I have received the following in regards to my usa spouse visa petition - ".....we have approved this I130 Immigrant petition for relative...." - I have also received in the mail, a letter stating that the case has been mailed to the consulate in the Philippines.
What are the next steps in the process?
How long can I expect to wait, now for the wife to come to the states?

I must caution you that it takes a long time, depending on the country your wife is in. My husband and I are on the last two legs of the journey and we are ecstatic! It need about 3 months the most...
It how is been done I don't know about the law now this days...
