Honey should not be refrigerated and doing so causes granularization (crystal formation). I leave honey on the counter. I don't see an issue with leaving in outside provided you seal the jar tightly to prevent any type of contamination.

It will be fine. Honey is naturally not kept in the fridge. Bees like it at room temperature.. hehe. Enjoy!

I don't think that it matters whether or not you leave it out. I have always left it out because I can't stand cold honey.

Leaving it out is fine. In fact, it's better because if it gets too cold it will change the texture, and be difficult to serve.
