Like I said, I like to stunt around town and showing off what I got. So ofcorse I am going to have rims, tv's, and a banggin' system! But the only problem is, Im on a budget...1300 for the car. So it's going to have to be a used car. But there's a difference b/t female type cars and male type cars...what car should I get or rather CAN I get? And be able to put some 20 or 22" rims on it w/o having to do work on the rim area? This is going to be my first car, I'm 15.5yrs. but Im VERY independent! ANY SUGGESTIONS....

20 or 22? It may fit on a Honda Ridgeline or a Pilot... But I'm guessing that you really mean Civic... Sure, if you put in a raise kit or two, which costs more than the rims (and those rims ain't cheap either).

20 or higher will NOT fit the Honda. having a Men toys will cost alot. your budget will not qualify. start saving your money if you want to be on the bandwagon. ALL CARS will not fit 20 or higher rims. they have to be cut or modify. the brakes have to be change to carry the extra weight of the rims and tires. this cost an extra 4000.00 or more. don"t forget about the horsepowers that you going to loose due to extra weights. go to the car shows and do ask the experts about the up and down on the vehicles . this will make you think twice before you blow your money away
