No. Rigorous debate is actively encouraged. I've watched a few fundamental changes as a result, too. Made the religion stronger.
Edit: I am not any kind of Christian. I'm Wiccan.

No, not a all. Rather, we are encouraged to be like the Beroeans who "received the word with the greatest eagerness of mind, carefully examining the Scriptures daily as to whether these things were so." (Acts 17:11)

That would depend upon the reasoning and motivations behind the questioning. Questions for increased knowledge and understanding are beneficial, and therefore good and acceptable. Those designed to cause doubts and divisions are, according to the Bible, not to be tolerated.

Nope... I've been encouraged several time to ask the questions I have.
Of course, there is a line that shouldn't be crossed like asking imodest questions...
but even then people tend to want to help you more than curse you.

In my church, we are encouraged to question doctrines, to seek out truth. Our pastor even says "I'm not perfect. Don't believe me, read it in your Bible. If I'm wrong, let me know. I don't want to tell you lies, but truth." If we don't believe something, we look it up, ask questions, study it, and pray about it. You never know when God wants to tell you something to clarify what He's written in the Word.

I am Catholic and before you can join we have 9 months of classes that discuss all of the Church's teachings and positions and reasons for them.
A lot of questioning goes on!
Peace!

Of course not. The Catholic Church teaches that we are to question and learn from everything. It is only through honest questions that we find answers.

No. I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and we value questions. Unless a person is unafraid to ask questions it is hard to learn.

No, not at all. Questioning is a good thing. Knowledge is very important.
