Well, technically, a "tattletale" or "snitch."

However, in some instances, such behavior is justified. Without "whistle blowers," we would still not know about the corruption in some very large cases. Also, Yahoo would never remove abusive users if other users did not report TOS violations.
So, if applied logically and justifiably, this can be a good thing.
