respnding to e-mails from questions users?

I have privately messaged users here at answers and when they respond they just send an answer but by that time I have forgotten who I messaged and the question so I wonder what it would take to get people to include the senders question or statement along with the answer?

I agree. So often I had forgotten the subject topic and often the sender's remarks do not reference it. I would suggest placing the topic in the subject line before responding.

There are times I would want to go back and read the question and answers again before I respond.
