He quit his job 3 weeks ago...hasn't even tried looking for work yet...and then he has the nerve to ask me to ask my dad for money so he could buy a game...so he could continue staying up all night playing xbox, and sleeping all day, instead of finding a job.
He said he is going to borrow money from his brother to pay back my dad...how is that supposed to make it ok.
I said, "You know we don't have the money right now." And he freaked and refuses to speak to me.
He's worse than a child...I told him that too...He won't speak to me at all...I really want him to discuss this with in an adult manner. Really pissing me off right now.
Any advice is much appreciated.

There is nothing you can do to make him grow up. You are either stuck with a child or you can find a mature man to be with.

Hello, sometimes there isn't a way to make them grow up. You don't say if you guys live together or what the arrangement is. It's likely that you do or he stays with mom, but the behavior will keep on until he's accountable for himself. It's interesting that this guy is ruthless, asking your dad for money?

He needs to be weaned from this lifestyle where everyone does for him and it's okay because it's not. I am sure you have other priorities besides taking care of a grown man. But, more than likely, he will try to do the reverse psychology bit where he tries to guilt you into giving him what he wants or place an ultimatum, but do not give in. Relationships should be based on give and take, not take and more take. Like Janet said, "what has he done for you lately?"

He has no job and See's you as a meal ticket and if he feels that he wants to spend his life playing games then for him that's fine you are worth far more than that so find someone who cares for you instead of this waster.

well unfortunately he is in a childhood mode and it will take more time for him to mature...

well I see two options...either you take care of him like a mother or since you're not married...find someone mature

There is nothing you can do, you can accept him how he is, or get rid of him. Those are your only two options.
