i read somewhere that people who eat very less extend their normal life span by more than 20 %. sort of dieting helps the body age slowly

No. Aging is due to a specific cellular process. Eventually the cell will die no matter what we (currently) try. There have been some promising experiments carried out in rats who were genetically engineered so that their cells aged much more slowly than they should. I believe the rats lived somewhere between 2 and 10 times longer than they should have. Such research is just beginning but it may eventually lead to a way to extend human life.

At the moment the only way to reverse aging is through cosmetic procedures.

Sort of - there is a chemical called "CGK733" that supposedly reattaches telomeres to the end of chromosomes, thus extending cellular life by up to 25%. Real biological immortality is still decades away as a possibility, and even so there will still be death from car crashes, war, etc.

This is a very interesting question but if there was really a product to reverse ageing it would probably be sold out so fast!!!

No, regardless of what you will do you will age. Age is defined as the number of years that you are on this earth.
