Love... kinda confusing don't you think?

Question

im REALLY confused.. i'm 13 years old and i ask this girl (same age) out. She said no.... thought in a nice way :) but... ever scince then....
when someone is in love with another person you can't help looking at them. In lessons for example she'll try and sit as near as possilble ...(we have 4 and sought of 5 lessons each week) she would always say hi when ever we walk past each other but usualy.. im jsut to shy to asnwer back and today.. i was in the luch queue, and her and her m8s came aswell i didn't really look but she stoot nxt to me and i had my hand sligthy closed and a bit open and she starting i think... rubbing her had agaisnt mine..... and then says "hi julian" and being an idiot i would be.. i smiled and waved my hand...im so shy.. anyway....... what do you think this tells u? i dont know if i've already asked this question if so sorry..:) thank you

It sounds to me as if she is shy herself, she may have said no to going out with you because shes embarrassed, i think if she wasn't around her friends she may open up a bit, you should try writing a letter or email , that way she can read it when shes alone,think it through and answer you , rather than a spur of the moment thing like you did before, her reaction may be different then.
Love is hard no matter what your age, as the saying goes love hurts.

Hi, Julian, it must be really hard to accept this situation, but again I will answer, exactly like i answered another person, by telling you that I am fifty years old, and that the only difference between you and me, is very, very simple, it is a matter of trust, in beleiving that to me it matters only if you are good,the difference is that I was 13 years old, and can remember the feeling, you , my friend was never fifty.Let go of yourself and give yourself the chance to grow up, you have no idea how we change, and what is frightening you today, will make you laugh tomorrow

Julian, take it slow and build up your confidence, keep talking to her when you can and that will make you comfortable being with her. Also dont doubt yourself, being shy is normal but you can overcome it easily if you believe in what you think about her. If you like her, tell her, ask her to be your girlfriend.

a) you are still young. dont stress too much.
b) talk to your parents. parents know a lot.
c) be confident. confidence is attractive to people.
d) if she likes you she will tell you eventually. things take time. just enjoy spending time with her.
