Well, when a guy has a crush on a girl, he can't think straight. There are times he doesn't think about anything but the girl. Sometimes he doesn't even think about eating, because she is the only thing on his mind at the time.
Some guys may smile at a girl if he has a crush. Some may flirt, and yet some may look away because they are shy.
I'm not sure if all guys feel the urge to do the deed with a girl that they have a crush on. I certainly did, however, I resisted.
I think you should get to know this guy. You should flirt with him a little bit with innocence on the surface but naughtiness down deep. You sound like a hottie and a nice girl, so if you get to know him eventually he will probably like you if he does not already.

As for James why don´t you try to tell him how you feel every time you see him, but try to do it casually, like you don´t care much if he turns you down.

I usually flirt and try to get to know what kind of interaction she wants from me. If she's just looking to get her groove on, I usually suggest we hang out and watch movies at her house or mine. Trust me, if they're into you, you won't make it more than 15 min into the movie without tearing eachothers clothes off.

I hv a crush on this girl at work and whenever I see him, I know that she sees me as well but doesn't show like that. So whenever I see her, I feel like pouncing on her and having wild wildest sex anybody can ever have!
