Last summer, my boyfriend of 3 years confessed to me that he cheated on me, we broke up. It was really hard to get over him.
Then last fall, I started seeing this other guy, V, he said that he loves me, but at the time I was not ready to fall in love again. There are many times I kept pushing him away and now he's afraid that he'll get hurt so he built up this shield and he's afraid to love me as much.
I realized now that I have fallen in love with him, but he told me that career is his main priority right now and we are at different points in our lives. I want a serious committed relationship, but I don't think he is.
I'm moving to another city in 2 weeks and I'm not a long distance type of person. But I will try to make it work if he is committed enough. I don't know if he will though.
What do you think?

thats what you get for pushing him away. you shouldn't have done it in the first place.
i dont think he wants to wait around for someone who doesn't want him and then all of a sudden is falling in love w/ him and wants to be in a commited relationship. geeze make up ur mind girl. and there's plenty of guys out there so don't worry if it doesnt work. just don't make the same mistake twice.

You're best to just let it be..move on with your life...move to this new city and make a fresh start~
"V" has been scared off by you before not wanting to commit scared you were going to get hurt again, and he put a shield up so he won't get hurt either..
Just make a clean break, tell V you will keep in touch but to have a Great Life and You will Do The Same*~

I think that you should tell him how u feel just the way that u are able to write a question to us , u should talk to him. and maybe he feels the same u never know until u telll him how u feel.
when u leave that is when u are really going to know how u feel and how he feels because if he is down to having a serious relationship with u he will do his best to stay in touch with u.
no matter what be strong and think about ur self.

be straight and to the point. acknowledge his feelings.
ask him for his thoughts and listen.
tell him you are sorry for pushing him away and that at the time you didnt realize how much you loved him and that you want things to work and that you appreciate everything he does for you. tell him you will try to make things work between the two of you, but that you need to know if he is committed.
tell him whats on your heart. honesty is important in relationships.

well forget him.theres many fish in the ocean.if he cant be,there someones who really belongs to you.dont worry if ever time pass and you belong with each other love will make its own way .
