I'd realize they were intelligent enough to not believe. I certainly would not punish them. I'd send them to Heaven just like everyone else. If I truly wanted them to believe I'd prove myself.

If I were God, I certainly wouldn't waste my time looking at an insignificant blue-green planet on the deserted end of an obscure galaxy. I'd be a big picture guy. Thought, feelings, and verbal expression are very very miniscule concepts compared to that of the birth of a star, the development of life and evolution, all of the different dimensions and waves, and many millions of other, very interesting parts of the universe. I can't imagine focusing all of my attention on the goings-on on earth and whether or not the weak, insignificant tier 0 civilization happens to believe that I exist. It just wouldn't affect me.

If I was God, I would give the non-believers the proof that they want. For, example, I may make it rain inside their house as they watch TV. But if I did give them proof, would they know it was God, or would they think it was aliens or a ghost??
Biblically speaking, proof has already been given. It states in the Bible that the creation itself will be proof so that on judgment day, no one will have an excuse.

If I were God, and if I had created the world as it is, without any evidence for my existance, then I would certainly not be angry with people for not believing in me and I would let all good people into my heaven. I would punish those people who caused harm to their fellow human beings after their death, but that also in relation to their crime, I would not let anyone burn in hell forever.

I would not judge them until the last day and neither would God according to John 12:47-48
47 "As for the person who hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge him. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save it. 48 There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; that very word which I spoke will condemn him at the last day. (NIV)

Real gods don't have time for that silliness . . .
There are too many sentient beings and
The whole non-believer thing is a phobia of the weak theists .

Even if they told me they hated me and didn't believe in me, I'd love them.
I would never punish anyone infinately for anything. There is always a chance to learn and change.

I'd hold them in high esteem. They lived life without immersing themselves in theological dogma which is surely what God would want them to do.

I'd be real blatant and hard to ignore. Less suffering (especially by children), more neon signs and skywriting.
