I ate half a slice of whole wheat bagel with light (half the fat) cream cheese for breakfast, carrots for a snack, an apple and carrots and blueberries for lunch, and a lean cuisine or healthy choice tv dinner for dinner (around 300 calories)

I'm 5'1, 14 years old and 107 lbs. I want to lose around 5 lbs.

Oh and I have two-three hard boiled eggs, only the white part not the yolk.

And I do cardio exercise for about 30 minutes 3-5 times a week.

Probably none since your body would be in starvation mode from eating so little. You need to eat more food to burn fat. Eat a healthy, balanced, low fat diet and exercise and you will do fine. You need to add more whole grains, protein, vegetables and calcium to that diet or you will sabotage your body for life. Remember, at 14 your body is still growing and your weight will fluctuate to accommodate those changes.

I think you are slim anyway. But aside from that, this sort of diet will only ruin your metabolism. Trust me, I started like you, and I lost some weight this way, but then I got it back with some more. I lost it again, but I got back some more etc, and I am 32 and rather fat now. You need to have a proper meal for lunch, including carbs, protein and the fruit, and not reduce the amount you eat too much. It is best to lose the weight over a long period of time, or you just lose muscle tissue, and not fat. But when your body makes up for it, afterwards, it stores fat. It's a trap. Eat normally, just a little smaller portions if you want to lose some pounds - which I think is not necessary. Avoid sweets, alcohol, pizza, fast food etc. over a long term period, and I think that will be enough.

It is recommended that you weigh between 106 and 118. If you plan on loosing 5 pounds, I would see a phychiatrist. With what you are decribing to me, it seems like you are obsessing about your weight. You may be borderline anorexic or bulimic.
