Please tell me eye exercises that actually improve my vision over time.(only give me websites if theyre free)?

I have 20/30 vision now and i want 20/20 or better. Piloting is my dream job.

Sorry, but there is absolutely no proof that vision exercises help. Eye doctors will tell you that you will receive no benefits from the exercises. In fact, a company who sold a book on vision exercises was sued and lost due to the fact that it was shown that the exercises did not make a difference. On a side note, have you consulted your eye doctor about the possibilities of attaining 20/20 vision with Lasik surgery? That might solve your problem.
