i know the wiccan rede as you harm none do as ye will but i have a question. if someone is treating me very bad and the law of 3 does not affect him in any way can i do a spell that can curse them BY activating the law of 3 over them and returning to them everything bad they do to me. Because the law doesn't work and i'm desepret and i know that you may use that kind of magic when the need rises and you have to protect the ones you love and your friends

Do unto others as they have done unto you, let the pain you have inflicted on others turn back on you, say it until you have felt it so and it harm none so mote it be. BUT be sure you haven't done anything to them. Karma!!!
I have done this and it worked, but I honestly didn't do a damn thing too them, that's why it worked!!!

If you have read the Wiccan Rede, you should know that you CANNOT cast a spell on another without their consent...NO MATTER WHAT! We all have free will, and casting a spell on someone without them knowing about it, whether good or bad, takes their freedom away. Karma will ALWAYS find a way of working things out. This person will get what is coming to him. Maybe karma is waiting for a good opportunity.

It sounds like you really don't understand the Rede at all, or the Law of Return, which is what I assume you mean by Law of 3.
It also sounds like you don't really understand magic(k.)
Go to the Witches' Voice, http://www.witchvox.com and research a tradition. Pick one that is not making claims that sound crazy and do what you can to become a member, if appropriate.
You very clearly need guidance. If you've been working on your own, now is the time to find a teacher, because working on your own doesn't seem to be working for you.
If you have a teacher, find a new one, because you have questions a teacher should've answered on day one.
Learn more. You don't know enough to act on the level you think you need right now.

No, it will backfire. You cannot cast anything to harm another person.
If that person is hurting you, then you need to get out of the situation.
Edit: Then you need to get a move on. Go out and fix your life. Casting a spell is not going to help your situation. Only YOU can fix it.

You'd be better off doing something to shield yourself from him than creating your own karmic kick in the a$s by cursing to someone else.
You're 14 - cursing someone is not something you should be considering doing, because you need to be able to understand all of the repercussions of your actions (and it doesn't sound like you do).

Best to work for your own protection and for justice. The three-fold law also means that he will reap the consequences of his actions. Unless he's got, like, the knife to your throat, you don't have to help that along.

no. you can do protection spells for your family and friends, but you cannot do anything that would interfere with that person's free will. don't worry, the 3 fold law will get them, it just takes a bit of time, but you'll see. until then, please remember, the goddess will provide.
