Cat - chat - prononced shat (the t is silent)
dumb - stupide, idiot, bête - bête is probably the best, pronounced beeet
cool - c'est bien, or frais if it is a matter of temperature.
As for stalker, there is a whole debate. Some translate it today with Harceleur - that means harasser (like in sexual harassment). Traquer could also work, as it implies someone following.
In terms of psycology, the translation should be done with Dioxis (see below link), but few will understand what you mean.

Hi, my french is not fluent, but good enough that I'm living here. I don't know the word for 'stalker', but for the rest:
Cat = chat (sha)
dumb = bete (with ^ over the first e) (bett)
cool = cool (more or less same pronunciation)
you could try 'psychopath' for stalker if you want (psee-ko-pat)
if you have some sentence you'd like to form, it might be better so the words can be used in context

There is no word for stalker in French, as was evident when someone asked a question about it on the French Y/A page.
My dictionary spells it out as "Personne malfaisante qui poursuit ses victimes en les harcèlant". You'd think it didn't happen in France!!
Le chat (male cat), la chatte (female cat)
Muet/muette (unless we're talking American, in which case idiot/idiote
Frais/fraîche (unless we're talking American, in which case de tonnerre, super or something of the kind)
