1. I LOVE buckskin horses.
2. Liver Chestnuts
3. Any super athletic horse in dressage that is a paint/pinto or appaloosa. I love it. It's like defying the odds because most people don't like colored horses competing in dressage.

Buckskins are my favorite. I have always had a fascination with Buckskin Quarter horses.
Blue roans are my second favorite. We have one at our barn that is absolutely beautiful and sweet, too.
My third favorite is a sorrel horse with a flaxen mane and tail. I only like these horses if their coats are healthy. If they aren't, the horse isn't pretty.

"There never was a good horse that was a bad color, and there never was a bad horse that was a good color." I don't know who said that, but it's true.
That said, my favorite colors:
Liver chestnut with flaxen mane and tail. Oh how beautiful these horses can be, especially when the liver chestnut is deeply dappled and the mane is really light blonde. Glorious to look at.
True black, especially when accompanied by white pastern socks. So striking to look at!
Deep mahogany bay with dapples, or clear red-bay with metallic red sheen. For all that these aren't unusual colors, they sure are beautiful to behold.
I also love horses with unusual colors/markings. Brindled horses are rare, but beautiful; golden buckskin, especially with stripes on the forelegs, is amazing; palomino is enchanting, although to my mind liver chestnut with flaxen mane and tail is more striking. Paints and pintos can be beautiful to behold, and I love a jet-black Appaloosa with a white blanket and silver-dollar black spots. Red chestnut is glorious to behold; and grey, whether dappled, flea-bitten or gone silvery white, is a beautiful color.
I can't think of a color I don't like, when you come down to it...

I like grays, but I live in a sunny, hot climate. Wouldn't want to subject them to melanoma.
Bays look great, even if they are fairly "common".
Buckskins are my favorite creme-gene horse, although I do have a smokey black(she doesn't have any chrome and doesn't need it to look good) that has a creme-gene also. I thought I had a grulla when she was born, LOL.
I especially like the duns, though. Then there are the liver chestnuts... wait - you said three...! :P

Are you asking for the colors of the horse or the silks?
Horse I prefer gray or red horses. Silks I prefer pink or orange. I like the brighter silks.

Chestnut with golden mane, Brown/Bay and Black.
They are so much easier to take care of than the grey horses esp. those who sleep on their poos. OMG :D

Black, especially in the rare horses that are true black, with no infusions of any other color, such as brown. Bays of all types- but especially "black" bays. The Tobiano, Tovero, and Overo Paints are also favorites of mine.
