I take it you were there? All these accusations are only true if you were actually there first hand. Oh wait, you saw it on the news??? Wow...you are HIGHLY nieve. EVERYONE that was actually at the scene, said the cops did a terrific job.
First off, there are more factors than running at someone holding a gun. You have to take into consideration: hostages, bullets, and who is or isn't the bad guy. Cops have been dealing with these types of situations forever, so have our military, and it's still done the same way. If you have a better idea on how to control these types of situations, I suggest submitting them to you local law enforcement, unless you do not want to be helpful?

That's why the Consititution guarantees our rights to bear arms and defend ourselves, our property and way of life.
If even ONE person on campus had been armed, there could have been as few as zero deaths.

So basically you want the police to charge into a room where there is someone shooting people to begin with , firing their weapons hoping they get the origninal shooter instead of any innocent bystanders? And you just know that 'drop your weapon' is going to work too right?
