i would strongly recommend hiring a car or getting a taxi, public transport is so nasty these days

You catch a train from Northolt Park, as the previous answer says, to Marylebone, then underground to Paddington, (Bakerloo line northbound, two stops), train from Paddington to Reading, change at Reading for Sandhurst train. Use the link the previous answer gave you for your times. Alternatively, you could catch a Central line tube from Northolt to North Acton, change there and get a Central Line train to Ealing Broadway, change there and catch the Reading train.
