for the last 2 weeks ive been over eating. im always hungry. although i eat healthy i always over-do.
help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try eating something very high fiber like plain oatmeal. It will fill you up and keep you full longer. If you need to, try a high protein snack like plain almonds to keep you going until lunch.

Check with the doctor you haven't got worms cos that is a lot to eat for breakfast!

either you are an emotional eater or it could be something else. you did not give enough information, age, height, health?
try adding some other foods. you need variety in your diet. you may be hungry because you are missing essential protiens and other nutrients in your diet.
eat some protein, chicken, milk, yogurt , water and some vegetables.
