i get negative feelings before any big task coming ahead. Exams, travelling, handling responsibilty etc, bcoz of which my confidence level too goes down. can n e one help me out urgently!!!

Have lengthy conversations with your friends with great respect in good, civilized sweet & soft language. Go to coffee houses & discuss current affairs after reading good newspapers at length. Read religious books in full detailed explanations again & again & discuss with friends. See the results.

Get rid of your negative feelings by doing meditation for an hour daily by putting more emphasis on attention coming from the heart rather than on concentration which comes from the mind. This should be done under the supervision/guidance of a practicing spiritual teacher.

I am usually fine with myself...

It has always consistently been other people that try and take what they feel I have, that they don't have, that causes me any feeling of insecurity or inferiority that I might experience...

On my own, less the competition and striving that modern society prides itself on... I am confident and secure and just fine. It is other people who make me sick and disturb me to no end.

Sometimes, I wish I were like everyone else and that makes me feel strange and out of place and therefore inferior and insecure... and I for one... Believe in "Hiding your light under a bushel." Because everyone is seeking happiness... just usually the happiness they believe someone has that they don't. And everyone feels they have the right to take it indiscriminately and by any means necessary too...

take a deep breath and tell yourself we're all human, unique, and that everyone has something different to give (you have to know this and believe it)
be confident in what you say and believe .... and your will do just fine

see yourself ontop a winner in all you do, , if you see yourself defeated you licked before you start, hang out with winners and dont do what loosers do same a money wise hang out with rich people and dont do what poor people do

dunno.....suntimes i suffer frm same to.....look at ur big points and further improve them ......be clear...be focused then(u r depressed)....i dont take anythin' as big tasks.......boards n stuff just do if u wanna get the marks else middling .........ask urself u wanna do it or not....if then work ......
