Hey I am also 5'2 and have had some different methods work for losing weight..
First thing is water. the more water the better it works by flushing your system also if you just remember to keep eveything in moderation, that has never failed me... Dairy is good but watch the calories and fat. I am sure you've heard about the carb free diet, if not, they say if you cut out all carbohydrates you will loose weight and it works! its a hard diet to follow though. I have two children and after each of them i cut out carbs for a couple months and the weight came off. Friuts and veggies are also a real good idea. (i like dipping in fat free ranch) Junk food and fast food are probably the worst things you could eat. Pop is also terrible for you please try no pop!! that is one of the biggest weight products!! Find a good cereal with fat free milk for snacks. Yogurt has never helped me it always seems to work against me for some reason?!? Meat is good but is you are a vegetarian this will not help..maybe tofu? Green salads with an oil and vinegar type dreesing is good..remember to read labels for fat, calories, and carbs..keep them all in moderation and keep hydrated with water!! hopefully this can help and the occasional sit up works wonders yoga is great too!

Hi my name is Sharon,
I have been helping people lose weight for a long time.
I currently have 6 ladies on my program. The first week results in lbs are Jamie 6.5, Lou 7, Cecelia 9, Tammy 7 and Jessica 6. Their ages are 18 - 47. This program uses a great combination of foods that will give you results and I show you what to eat. You choose the things you like. This program has chicken and fish as protein options but you can choose another source of protein if desired. I don't know how strictly you have chosen your vegetarian program. This programs has a lot of veggie choices.
The program is a 3 week program and you can lose up to 24 lbs if that is your goal.
I usually help girls that are getting married and want to lose before the wedding. I have also helped girls before spring break and currently prom.
The program does not use drugs of any kind. You can discuss it with your parents if you need to. If you want to reach me by phone let me know and I will provide my number. I am in Arkansas
I have a website that I am building to market the diet. You can see the program at www.bellaviadiet.com.
Send me an e-mail if you have other questions or decide to use my program. That way I can send it to your email and you can get started ASAP.

I'm 16, 5'8" and weigh 200 lb. I don't actually know what "9 stone 4" means, but honestly, don't sweat it. I have a friend who is thin, yet curvy and very toned with naturally blonde hair and green eyes and she constantly worries about losing weight. She's getting better, but she was bulimic before.
How you think you look has nothing to do with how you actually look. If you don't like the way you look now, you can loose all the weight you want and you'll still need to change something else. A great example of someone who hated the way they looked and kept changing thing after thing is Michael Jackson.
I'm not saying "don't loose weight." If you're at an unhealthy weight, it's good to try and live a more healthy lifestyle. But if you don't like yourself now, it won't matter when you're thin. =/

Use visualization and goal setting to reach your target. Think of it as though you needed $9 or $10. The treadmill is your part time job to earn that money. Get on the treadmill each day to earn $2.50 a week (dropping 2 1/2 pounds a week)...and by the end of the month, you will have your $10 (lost 10 pounds). Nobody likes to hear it, but exercise is the answer. When you exercise, you are basically speeding up your metabolism, so you are burning your food faster. This causes you to lose weight if you eat your normal amount of calories each day (which for females should be in the 1800/day range).

personally i would just go out once a week or something with friend/s and just play football or some other active sport, its free and its alot more fun with friends, more of a social event rather than weight loss.
and would also have a small break from revision, or you could even talk about revision while doing the activity? fitness and knowledge

If you're already attempting purging, that is a sign that you will never be happy with your weight. This is no longer about weight, this is about fear, control and self-loathing. Time for medical intervention before you ruin your health and descend even further into the hell of bulimia.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
