and now thers just a general weak feeling in my left arm and a bit a dizziness. im a 17 yr old female smoker, been under quite a bit of strain lately what could be wrong? i think im too young to have heart problems...

the symptoms you describe are not good. It is possible to have heart problems at a young age from smoking. You need to see your medical doctor as soon as possible. Your doctor will be able to best advise you on what to do.

you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. The weakness in you arm and the dizziness could be signs of a stroke, just because you are 17 does not mean that you can't have heart problems or blood pressure problems - seek medical attention now.

I would also checking out symptoms of MS. Just to rule it out. It could be do also to a lot of stress.
