Of course, its called procrastination. However, I heard that people who are getting a refund file as soon as they have all their documents and those that owe wait as long as possible before causing themselves pain.

some people think they will get lost in the shuffle, yes...
but a lot of people are just plain lazy... and they wait til the last minute.
