The usual - meat, veg and potatoes.
You can try any type of meat (we tend to have beef, pork or chicken but also really like gammon), any type of vegetables - personally my husband is very picky so we have roasted vegetables (ranging from root veg, butternut squash, peppers, vine tomatoes etc) rather than plain boiled ones. Cauliflower cheese is a great favourite too. For the potatoes I like to use baby potatoes and roast them whole - makes a nice change. We also really like roasted sweet potatoes. Nearly always have Yorkshire puddings - whatever the meat is and, of course, stuffing and gravy. My Mum does really lovely mashed parsnips with creme fresh and breadcrumbs on the top - that is scrummy!

Roast beef, Yorkshires (naturally)
I soak carrot chunks in orange juice then steam them (yum)
Bigga 'steepy' peas
Roast parsnips, roast potatoes and roasted red onion
Green beans sauteed with bacon (trust me!)
Mashed potato if I can be bothered
Home made gravy, none of that bisto rubbish for me!

Oh that sounds amazing, we circulate to a very amazing pub interior the Yorkshire Dales for a Sunday lunch another week, we don't complication cooking one purely for the two one human beings presently, yet we do take a seat down to a pair form of meal nonetheless.

Just the classics - meat and three veg. The potato always makes an appearance in one of his many guises. Often I like to include a green vegetable just to add a bit of colour to the plate and the third vegetable for me normally isn't a vegetable at all but maybe a Yorkie or a nice bit of stuffing.

I like to eat something simple but yummy for a Sunday lunch-
Like a grilled cheese or a pasta-from-the-box with some grilled chicken on the side. Mmmm!
