You can speculate what will happen, or you can see from history what will happen. I prefer the later. During the medieval warm period temperatures was way warmer than today, so warm that a colony flourished in Greenland, were they even grew grapes. So even if the theory of man made global warming is true, it is something that will be a plus not minus.

Coastal areas will flood and agriculture in most places will be severely damaged.

Rich countries can cope, but it will cost them huge sums of money and ruin their economies.

Poor countries can't, and many people will die of starvation.

If we work hard we can reduce it so that rich countries won't get poor and that few will die because of global warming. But we need to start now. If we wait, we won't be able to stop the biggest disaster in history.

The blob will continue to grow until it encompasses everything. The Blob grew as a result of industry as a disgusting polluted mass. Man and his industry caused the blob to swallow everything in its path. Makes about as much sense to me as human caused global warming
