If you make your own, which is what I would do, Michael's has 40% off coupons every Sunday in the papers. This will help on cost.
Whatever you use try to use something that will fit into your home somewhere. Then you will enjoy it longer and get double the use.

Have you checked on eBay? Type in Tropical Flower Lot or bulk or wholesale. I haven't seen Tropical but they do have Bridal Bouquets that they sale in bulk so you would be able to do the whole wedding at a fraction of the cost of what a florist would charge.
